Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

Exchanges and Returns

We understand that when you purchase a handcrafted piece designed to last a lifetime, you may have questions — or you may wish to exchange or return your product. We’re here to help every step of the way.

If, for any reason, you’re not completely in love with your leather product, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in brand-new, unused condition.

• Please contact us first at info@mirazleather.com before sending it back so our team can guide you through the simple next steps.

• Once we receive your item, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
